Open Lane Swimming Explained
Split into two 1hr30min sessions swimmers can pay per 30min of lane use to swim laps or train as individuals with no supervision or coaching provided by Liquid Lines. The two 1hr30min sessions will be allocated to two different types of swimmers.
- First 1hr30min - Novice & Lap Swimmers: for those who swim a kilometer on a good day with the last few laps swum hard so that they feel good and tired
- Second 1hr30min - Vacationing/ weekend visitors who compete in competitions locally, provincially or nationally and have sessions provided by coaches from their respective cities and towns.
Open Lane Swimming Minimum requirement:
Swimmers are accountable for their own sessions .
Format: water workout for approximately 12 swimmers - 4 to a lane at one time.
Time approx.: two x 1hr30min time slots made available for two different segments of swimmers.
